Return Policy:

We at Captured Memories inspect our items before shipping it. We suggest you purchase Insurance to avoid problems caused in shipping. We offer a full money back guarantee as long as the item has not been damaged or switched. It must be in the same condition as shipped and you are responsible for return shipping costs. If purchased under the fund-raiser the item will be replaced if damaged. No refunds or exchanges.

Delivery:

Please allow 3 weeks for delivery of your order. We do not ship to PO boxes within the USA or to APO and FPO addresses.

Backorders:

We will inform you via email of any out of stock items. If the items remain unavailable after 60 days, we will cancel the backordered items and send you an email notice with the option of renewing the backorder.

Shipping and Handling Policy:

All Orders will have a 5% Handling Fee. Buyer pays actual shipping costs. Cash, Check or Money Order is accepted, check and money order have to clear before we ship. We will take your order on the phone. You may make a secure credit card transaction on-line. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Priority Mail is our favorite shipping method, but we will ship any way you want except COD. We ship Internationally (payment in USA Dollars), but must know as soon as possible if you do not live in the USA so we can give you the correct shipping charges.
